If you are a NEW parent, the most important thing to realise is that this takes TIME. Patience is the most important thing to have today and for the next 19 days!
If your FamilyCode does not start with A, B or C, it will take even LONGER.
The portal I spoke of in the video is at schoolpayments.lesbg.com and you can access it using your parent username and password that you normally use on LESSON. If you do not know your username, contact 71 183 559 by WhatsApp, and they will provide you with your username and a TEMPORARY password which you should change as soon as you can by logging into lesson.lesbg.com.
