In order for us to be adequately prepared for the beginning of the school year, we need all the books that have been borrowed over the summer to be returned by 12:00 noon on Monday 04OCT2021.

Any returns after that time will be fined!!!!! PLEASE bring the books back, if at all possible, tomorrow. It will be an immense help to us.

All the original appointment slots for the scheduling of fees have now been filled.

In order to provide a more streamlined service at the Accountant’s Office, we are changing how we run things :

1 : No walk-ins at all.
2 : The only way you can now book an appointment is by sending a WhatsApp message to 71 183 559 and seeing if there are spare appointments. The available appointments will be shown on this webpage : https://tinyurl.com/LESLoueizeh-AccountingApp
3 : If you are late for an appointment, you will have to wait for the next available free slot. You will not be moved straight into the queue.

Today the accounting office was not an ordered place! This was due to the fact that many people turned up to pay for Rental and Resources and schedule school fees that DID NOT have appointments.

From tomorrow and onwards, we will NOT accept walk-ins. It creates chaos. Please use the online appointment system to book your slot.
