I have had a inquiries from parents worried about picking up their books tomorrow because of the number of people that might be in the school/class at the same time.

Due to these worries the following restrictions will be implemented :

1 : The time will be extended from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Friday 27th March 2020, to prevent too many people in the school at once.
2 : A maximum of 10 families will be allowed in the building at any one time. (10 in the Senior building, 10 in the Junior building) Only two people per family will be allowed in together (student plus ONE parent). Please make an orderly queue outside the gates using a distance of 2m between each of you while waiting.
3 : Please do NOT enter a classroom if one other parent is in the classroom. As soon as they leave, you can enter.
4 : A person will spray you before you enter the building and after you exit the building. Please facilitate this. If you do not want to be sprayed, please do not come to school!
5 : A person will take your temperature at the door. Anyone with a temperature higher than 37.8 will not be allowed to enter the school. Apologies in advance for this.
6 : EVERYTHING will be online, you do NOT need to come and get anything.
7 : ALL books that are needed will be on or in the student’s desk on in their pigeon hole. This includes LKG and UKG.
8 : This time take ALL your books. You will not get another chance!
