Physical Presence in School : Monday 17MAY2021

Class lists for Physical Presence in School have been posted on Google Classroom. Please check the lists to see if your child will be able to come to school on Monday.

Twelve classes were oversubscribed (more than 18 children wanted to be in school). They will note that they have special arrangements.

We will not look at any WhatsApp messages until 8:00 am on Monday 17MAY2021. If you feel you need to understand why I have done as I have, please contact the school WhatsApp (71 183 559) and we will try to help you.

DO NOT ATTEND SCHOOL on Monday 17MAY2021 unless you have written next to your name : FullTimeInSchool. This is VERY important.

Contact us via WhatsApp and we will try to help on Monday. Do NOT attend school if your name does not have FullTimenISchool next to it.

If you are attending school you must wear at least the school uniform shirt, either full uniform shirt or sports T-shirt please.

Provisional Exam Timetable : 01 – 15JUN2021

Here is a link to the Provisional Exam Timetable for the Final Exams that will be running between Tuesday 01JUN2021 and Tuesday 15JUN 2021 inclusive.

Notes :

  • As it is a provisional timetable, it will be changing regularly, several times daily at the moment. Version number is at the top of the sheet
  • Exam timings (how long each exam is) have not been placed for all exams yet. This will be done next week.
  • Class 10A have exams OUTSIDE the main exam period. Please check carefully.

Eid Al Fitr : No School

On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr there will be no school on Thursday 13MAY2021 and Friday 14MAY2021.

School will open again at 08:00 on Monday 17MAY2021. Timetable 42 will be used.

School will end at 12:40 pm.

For students that are regsitere3d on the bus : We will NOT pick you up on the first day (Monday) but we will take you home on Monday 17MAY2021. We will then pick you up on Tuesday 18MAY2021.

Note that the Physical Presence In School will be published at 12:00 noon on Saturday 15MAY2021. Please do NOT attend school unless it is your turn. If a class is over full (so far 1200 out of 1700 students have registered to attend physically, so I assume most classes will be on rotation, not present every day) all students will be on rotation.
