Tomorrow, Friday 04DEC2020, a Google form will be posted that will enable students and their parents to register for FullTimeInSchool. It is VITAL that you take advantage of this if you want your child to attend school physically. There will no doubt be many students who want to attend and I anticipate that at least 20 classes will be oversubscribed. How to deal with this oversubscription of students, how to fit 25 students into the 18 places available in class?

Today there will be a class room celebration for physically present students to commemorate St. Barbara’s day. Two LIVE (!!) Disney characters will be touring all Infant classes handing out sweets. If your child is online today and would like to participate in this event and have a pic taken with the Disney stars, please bring them to the entrance hall of the Junior Department between 1:15 and 1:30 pm where we will be ready to snap some beautiful photographs!!! Note this is only for Infant students.

Physically in School

We have 64 main classrooms running in this school, along with 13 other auxiliary classrooms that are used for Special Arabic and other subjects. Of the 64 main classrooms, we have real pressure on only 20 of them, with more than 18 people wanting to be in class. Due to this, we are forced to implement a rotation.

On Friday 04DEC2020 at 3:00 pm (perhaps earlier) a form will be posted on this site. The form will be open for 9 hours (until midnight Friday 04DEC2020). Make sure that you register EACH of your children individually on this form if you want them to attend school physically. You MUST have the correct username to do this. Incorrect usernames will NOT be registered.

You must be aware that it will be impossible to accommodate everyone’s first choice. It is impossible to be “fair” in everyone’s eyes. Please be patient. Please be kind. One day this will all be over.
