An important message to all students who graduated last year (2021-2022) and took the Lebanese Baccalaureate Part II exam in JUN2022 [12M, 12E, 12SE]. Your exam certificates are at school. Please come and collect them any day between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.

Tomorrow (Monday 05SEP2022) we start asking families to come and schedule fees. Here are a few details about that.

1 : Please do NOT come if you have an SSD child in the family. The data needed to enable scheduling of fees is not available yet. These families will start on Tuesday 06SEP2022.

2 : Please ONLY come if it is your turn. See the schedule below :
Family codes starting with the letters A to C : Monday 05SEP to Thursday 08SEP2022
Family codes starting with the letters D to H : Friday 09SEP to Friday 16SEP2022
Family codes starting with the letters I to M : Monday 19SEP to Thursday 22SEP2022

6 : Expect LONG waits, in the order of two hours or more. We will be giving out numbers in order of arrival, and each family will be seen strictly in accordance with those numbers. The only people that will be allowed in WITHOUT a number are those paying for PSP. I must emphasise that you cannot enter if your number is late. For instance, some families used to come at 9:00 am and get a number. Then they used to go away and do other business in Beirut. Finally, they would return at 1:45 pm and expect to be put straight in the queue because their number was a smaller number than was being seen at that time. This will not be allowed.

7 : The LAST ticket will be given at 1:30 pm

8 : The order in which you need to do business is as follows :
A : FIRST, give your FamilyCode to the student at the door of the accounting. If you do not know your FamilyCode, you will need to get it from the Senior Administration or by sending a request to 71 183 559. They will then arrange for a sheet to be produced with all you owe on it. This will take about 5 minutes. If your child is in 9A, 10A, 11A or 12A, you must also be sure which program, they are following : HSP or ALP. This is because the resource payments are significantly different for these two programs. If you are unsure, please feel free to consult me in my office. I will NOT be available between 11:00 am and 12:40 pm, but I should be able to help you at all other times.
B : Meanwhile, if you would like to use the bus this year, you must talk to the bus coordinator who will be sitting in the first classroom on the top floor, right next to the accounting.
C : Once you have talked to the bus coordinator then you can enter the accounting office and pay the Rental, Resources and Stationary Fees to either Mr. Jimmy or Ms. Antonella.
D : Finally, you will be asked to sit with the Senior Accountant to schedule your fees.

9 : Rome was not built in a day, and this process is detailed and must be handled with care. Please be patient with our staff, many of whom are students. If you have any serious complaints, please do not hesitate to visit me in my office.
