Here is a short video explaining the logic behind the “zeroes policy” : the fact that if a student in the Senior Department is absent from school, they will score a zero in any assignments or tests that they are not present for.
Extra details about the New Conduct Policy
Tuesday 15FEB2022 : beginning of the Second Semester
Today, Tuesday 15FEB2022, is the beginning of the second academic semester in the Senior Department. Reports will begin to roll out from tomorrow, starting with Class 6 and ending sometime next week with Class 12A. Parent/Teacher meetings will shortly be scheduled.
Two IMPORTANT things are different from the first semester :
- Students will find that their conduct has been reset to 100%. If any student’s conduct goes below 75% they will be suspended at home for one day. If their conduct subsequently drops below 60% they will be suspended for a further 3 days. This must be viewed from the fact that the AVERAGE conduct in the Senior Department for the first semester was 88%.
- Uniform Violations will be taken seriously and a minus 5 will be issued for each violation.
