No Art, Drama, PE or French will be taught in the Senior Department tomorrow if it is in the TTable.

Due to the Syrian Presidential Elections taking place at the Syrian Embassy near the Ministry of Defence tomorrow (Thursday 20MAY2021) we have been advised to close the school to physical presence for that day due to HUGE amount of vehicle and pedestrian traffic that will be present on that day. Accordingly, we will be online for the entire day for the entire school on Thursday 20MAY2021.

There will be NO physical presence for any students at school on Thursday 20MAY2021 nor will there be any administrative staff present in either the Junior or Senior Administration. The Accounting Offices will also be closed on Thursday.

Tomorrow we will start the first two-week trial (until 28MAY2021) of Physical presence in School.

1 : No more than 18 students will be allowed to be in a single classroom

2 : If your child’s name is not on the lists that have been posted on Google Classroom DO NOT BRING your child to school tomorrow. If you do I will be forced to have them wait outside my office until I have managed to contact you so that you can collect them.

Busses first run tomorrow afternoon. If your child is going to use the bus, please bring them to school in the morning tomorrow. You then need to talk with the bus drivers about important details and then the buses will return your children home on Monday afternoon. They will then pick them up again on Tuesday morning for the first time.

Please be patient, the bus issue is complex and will take some to  work out.

The most important thing : Do NOT send/bring your child to school tomorrow if their name is not on the Google Classroom sheet.
