This is not quite as simple as it sounds, but if you follow the following steps carefully, you will find it gets very much easier. Watch the video then follow the steps.

1 : DO THE work. ALL subjects, on papers.
2 : Point your camera at the sheets, one subject at a time.
3 : Say we start with English. Google will scan the documents as seen in the video and then you upload them to YOUR Google drive AFTER you have renamed them: Subject_Date_username_number.pdf. English today would be : English_09MAR2026_fd999_001.pdf [IF your username was fd999!]
4 : You will now have THREE (if you are in the Junior Department) or more (in the Senior Department) PDF files in your Google Drive.
5 : Move to Google Classroom (all this is done on your phone) and then submit all three documents. When you have finished submission, click “All done”
6 : Finished!!!!!

NOTE : If you do NOT name them correctly, the documents will NOT be marked. Delete them, rename them and resubmit them.

Due to the very difficult situation that has been unfolding over the last few hours I am going to suspend all operations (videos and online classes) until Monday 09MAR2026 when we hope that the immediate situation has calmed. Meanwhile we pray for this country and place all things in His hands, asking Him to have great mercy on us.

As per the minister’s decision yesterday, the school will be closed on Thursday 05MAR2026 and Friday 06MAR2026. A video has been posted about what we are planning and the way we will move forward in the near future. When we know more, we will post more.

Until then, pray that God in His great wisdom will spare us and all the people who are suffering in this terrible situation.

Further to the announcement from the Minister of Education a few minutes ago, the school and all its offices will be closed once again tomorrow, Wednesday 04MAR2026.

Tomorrow we hope to provide details of our proposals going forward in this difficult situation.
