Due to the fact that I will not be able to get everything ready for Wednesday 06JUL2022, I am delaying Reports Day one day : It will now be on Thursday 07JUL2022.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you after the announcement yesterday.

Reports will be given out on Thursday 07JUL2022 between 08:00:00 am and 10:00:00 am. You must arrive at school before 10:00:00 am in order to be eligible to get your report.

Notes :
1 : If you are unable to pick your report up on that day before 10:00 am, you can pick them up any WEDNESDAY afterwards between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.
2 : If you want someone to pick them up for you on YOUR behalf, you need to send a WhatsApp message with all the details of the person that will pick them up. We will prepare a permission paper and send you a 4-digit code. You forward that code to the phone of the person who is coming to pick up the reports in a WhatsApp message. They show the WhatsApp message to the SENIOR administration, take the permission paper and pick up the reports.
3 : Deposits will be given back on that day. Please note that we have been unable to find a huge supply of 1,000 LL and 5,000 LL notes. In order to “fix” this, we will give deposits back per FAMILY, not per student. We will also round to the nearest value of 10,000 LL. This is FAR from perfect, but it is the best we can do. Expect something much different next year!!!!

The “Removal of Zeroes” form will close tonight, Wednesday 22JUN2022, at midnight.

Tomorrow, Thursday 23JUN2022, is Book Day. Full, extensive details have been communicated with ALL students via a series of 5 sets of notices in Chapels. Below is a summary of what will happen :

1 : Every student (apart from Classes 9B, 9C, 12M, 12E, 12SE, 10A) will have to be in their classroom by 8:00:00 am.
2 : All the books that were given to them at the beginning of the year will need to be on their desks in front of them.
3 : Between 8:00 and 11:00 am the class teacher will assess the state of every book and record whether they have been returned in acceptable condition.
4 : Students will be dealt with in a random order.
5 : All students with have been dealt with by 12:00 noon.
6 : IF a student is finished by 11:00 am they can leave the school if they are being picked up by their parents.
7 : Buses will run as normal and leave school at 12:00 noon
8 : Non-uniform
9 : The MINIMUM time it will take for a student to complete the inspection is 2 hours.
10 : Class 10A will give in ALL their books after they finish their iGCSE Physics exam.
11 : Book day for Classes 9B, 9C, 12M, 12E, 12SE will be announced later via this website.
