Following the recent attacks on the southern suburbs of Beirut on Sunday 07JUN2026, and in light of the deteriorating security situation, we are taking immediate steps to ensure the well-being of our students and families. Effective immediately, we will be reverting to the Normal SE06 curriculum. Please find the list of subjects and the general timetable structure here. Complete details regarding the exact schedules will be published within the next few days as things become clearer.

Due to the current very uncertain security situation in the country, all WLD detentions for this week (Monday 08JUN2026 – Friday 12JUN2026) will be postponed.

Notices will still be posted and sent to parents to inform them of any punishments that have been issued to their children, but the actual running of the Writing Lines Detentions between 3:20 and 5:00 pm every day will NOT be happening this week.

Due to the very unstable security situation surrounding this area at the moment, we will unfortunately have to postpone the UKG Graduation for UKG Venus and UKG Mercury until Wednesday 03JUN2026.

So this week in the Junior and Infant Departments looks like this :

Tuesday 02JUN2026 : Graduation : UKG Mars and UKG Jupiter
Tuesday 02JUN2026 : Junior 5 Trip to Chouf Cedar Reserve : POSTPONED until further notice.
Wednesday 03JUN2026 : Graduation for UKG Venus and UKG Mercury
Thursday 04JUN2026 : End Of Year Show: 1st of 2 : 10:15 and until 12:00 noon
Friday 05JUN2026 : End Of Year Show: 2nd of 2 : 10:15 and until 12:00 noon

We will be making decisions on a day-to-day basis about whether events will take place on their scheduled dates. We will endeavour to publish what we decide by 12:30 pm the day before the event. 

Thus, tomorrow, Tuesday 02JUN2026, we will publish on our website and Telegram channel what we have decided to do about the UKG Mars and Jupiter graduation that is due to take place at 5:30 pm before 12:30 pm. 

In addition, there will be no WLD Detention today in the Senior Department and ALL After School activites for the entire school have been cancelled for today.

IMPORTANT : All A Level, International A Level, GCSE and HSP exams will go ahead as normal. In particular, the GCSE Arabic Exam scheduled for tomorrow at 3:30 pm. We are sorry about this, but we cannot postpone these exams.

School Fees for the next academic year will be published within the next five days.
